(mask or menace) permissions / opt-out

So! Nathaniel has some support magic that involve a certain level of info-modding other people's magical abilities. This is primarily an opt out / permissions post, though I know obviously I can't expect everyone in the game to fill it out, so I will defs still be contacting people who don't respond to this if it comes up in-thread! However, if you have strong feelings about it one way or the other, I urge you to please fill this out.
